Now that we have another 6 weeks til the sun can work its magic at home, I thought it was the perfect time to make our Immunity Boost Smoothie! I can just close my eyes and imagine that my cold drink is cooling me off on that beach…
The best part of a smoothie is you can change out the fruit and substitute the omega source for what is in your fridge and pantry that day.
